Michelle Carranza was born and raised in Nevada and maintains strong connections to both Southern and Northern regions of the state. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Nevada, Reno, she relocated to Las Vegas, where she has dedicated her career to the field of Human Resources.
Michelle is a dynamic leader known for developing strong, trusted relationships with individuals and businesses alike. As a senior certified HR professional, she operates with integrity, empathy, and a strategic mindset, ensuring that human capital is effectively leveraged to drive organizational success.
